Can someone add "The" in a name to byp my Copyright/TradeMark and even Corporation filings? ?

I own a S Corporation (Established in 1991), I filed a copyright on it as well as a TradeMark. I spent nearly $750,000.00 on it. It is a band, recording studio, and record label. I now found someone added "the" in front of it.(IE. The Imaginary Few) . Is this legal? I contacted 2 attorneys but ave gotten no response. Im very very curios as to my options. I found out they even performed a movie soundtrack with this name. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you Allen (Bigalby01 at GMAIL dot com)
