Could you put this in your own words?

Currently, the scientific community agrees that human activity has been the likely cause for the rapid increase in average global temperatures over the past several decades. The man-made factors of highest concern are CO2 emissions from fossil fuel combustion, aerosols (particulate matter in the atmosphere), and the manufacture of cement. Other factors of concern are land use, ozone depletion, animal agriculture, and deforestation. These work in both alone and with other factors to affect climate, microclimate, and measures of climate variables.
