Need alotta help with my desktop, please????? Something with the system files?

I turned on my desktop at least twice today and it had no problems whatsoever. Then all of a sudden, I turn it on now and I see that it wont go in because its missin or has a corrupted file called System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys The weird thing about this message is that the whole message is mostly mispelled but you can make out what it says. But when this happened b4, i had turned it on the next day and it worked normally. It was weird but its occuring now. What should I do, i need the computer urgently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
