Ok im a 13 year old girl. and i want a tribal tattoo on my lower back i no their called tramp stamps but idc..?

this isn't really a question but anyways, you have to be 18 or 21 to get a tattoo depending on the state. Or you can have your parent come with you and the age is lowered in some states.
