1990 Honda Accord LX-No Brake Lights, Why?

Reverse Lights, Signal Lights, Emergency Lights, Illuminating Lights work. New bulbs ( Illuminating-Brake share same bulb) Brake Lights and Window Brake Light do not light up when brake is applied. Check both Fuse boxes (Drivers side floor & Under hood) Dont see any place that says brake lights. Fuses look good, as I checked all anyway. Any ideas? Bought car for son.
