What is wrong with me?

Okay so last week I had bronchitis I took the medicine all the way till it was gone. I was fine for a few days. Then on valentines day wich was yesterday I was fine in the morning then at around 3pm I got a huge headache that felt like my head was going to explode. I went to sleep and woke up at around 10pm and I was sweating but had the cold chills, I was a little dizy, and my head still hurt really bad. I went back to bed and woke up at 3am vomiting,sweating,shaking,and hard to breath. I dont know what this is can anyone help? I would go to the hospital but I want to know what it is before I go because my mom wont take me unless its an emergency.
