Why is a 59 win team defeating a 66 win team such a "huge upset"?

i don't consider that an upset. the cavs had matchup problems with the magic, but of course some people called it an upset cuz lebron james had a sense of sbag entitlement to last season's title until he lost in the conference finals. those dumb lebron fans were waiting to crown him as the real "king" or whatever
