Did anyone have these symptoms?

i have been ttc for 8yrs now.had 2 miscarriages with first cycle and frozen embryo transfer.on my cycle #2, on 2ww.iam totally freaked out.after the transfer i had very light cramps on day 2 and 3,then i had very light pink spotting. and after that no spotting.but having cramps on and off.sometimes i can really point my finger to one place where i have a funny feeling, like some one is tickling me there. iam having white discharge. iam on progesterone supports. iam totally freaked out.i have a very sore ,like i cant hug my hubby without getting hurt....did anyone of u have these symptoms and get bfp...i really want to get preggo this time.i hope these r not pms...pls someone help....thanks in advance....
