Fallout New Vegas Quest Help?

I'm doing the quest "Heartache by the number" and I need to kill Gloria Van Graff. Does she ever go to sleep? I was thinking I could use my mister sandman perk on her. If that doesn't work, then will the suicide bomber you can let in during the bodyguard job they give kill them all?
