How long does a finch sit on her babies?

umm, well... my finch is sitting on 1 or 2 babies and i want to no, how long doese she sit on them for, before she will bring the out of the nest? and i also want to no, when to i take them away from their mother so i can sell them, because i dont want them mating with each other.
