Itchy, burning razor burn GIRLS ONLY ?

the top of my qooter where i shave (the part thats nearest your stomach) gets really bad razor burn and itchs non stop horribly when the hair starts to come back and i itch so hard that it bleeds and idk what to do to make it stop. lotion dosnt work. is there a certain type of lotion or what can i do...help! its painfull!
