Need help with Pads, tampons, and the divacup I NEED TONS OF HELP! Please!?

I have the same problem, and I use both pads and a tampon when sleeping. I would just tell your mom that you have a heavy flow and want to use tampons along with pads because you are making a mess of yourself. Tampons aren't really that big of a deal. When you buy the box there will be a pamphlet of very very detailed instructions on how to put them in. If you dint want to talk to your mom, buy them yourself if you can. Good luck!
